Al Jazeera International Catering LLC (JIC)
won the 5th Global
Benchmarking Award Competition held in Nanjing,
China.
The 5th Global Benchmarking
Awards Competition was conducted by the Global Benchmarking Network in
coordination with Jiangsu Productivity center (JSPC) China, as part of the 10th
International Benchmarking conference (IBCON 2016).
This competition encourages organizations to share
how benchmarking has become an integral part of the organization’s improvement
and innovation drive.
The award was
presented by Dr. Robin Mann, Chairman GBN and Director, BPIR.com Limited, New
Zealand, Prof, Dr. Holger Kohl, Board Advisor, GBN and Director Corporate
Management, Fraunhofer, IPK, Germany, Jan-Patrick Cap, GBN General Secretary,
Dawn Ringrose, Principal Organizational Excellence Specialists, Canada, Mark
Modena, Director Winning Moves Ltd, UK.
On receiving the award, Mr. Robby thommy, Managing
Director, Al Jazeera International Catering LLC, thanked the organizers and
said that this award motivates JIC to continue its progress in the field of
organizational excellence and creative inspiration in a sustained manner, while
inculcating the innovation as part of the organizational learning and
development. He also thanked the stakeholders for their continuous support.
